Graphics and Performance:The remastered version offers improved graphics and performance compared to the original. If you prioritize a visually enhanced experience and smoother gameplay, the remastered version might be preferable.

Almost all the meaningful textures have been carefully and selectively updated to 4K including Terrain, Armor, Weapons, Shields and more.

This version may not have great graphics and better visuals like on other platforms like the PS4, PC, and XBOne. But it still runs great on Switch! On handheld & tabletop mode it runs at 720p 30fps.

As of right now, FromSoftware hasn't announced any plans for another original Dark Souls remake. It seems far more likely that, after receiving the original remake and the PS5-exclusive Demon Souls remake, the next logical remaster for the studio would be Dark Souls 2 and Dark Souls 3 remasters.

Remaster is ok game for new players but it is a spit in the face for anyone that bought Prepare to Die Edition on PC. Dark Souls PrePair tro die is simply the best of the series. If you want a challenge buy it. If you want a easy game to see its content buy something else.
